The context
Working independently means constantly changing hats. Every project comes with its own context, constraints and level of maturity: a product that is just getting started, an existing team looking for extra hands, a one-off need to handle quickly.
This variety has taught me to understand a project quickly, adapt to each team's habits and deliver reliable work without a long onboarding phase.
In parallel, open source is part of my routine. Exploring codebases written by others, proposing fixes and receiving direct feedback pushes me to raise my standards, and lets me give back to the community a share of what it gives me.
My contribution
01. Tailor-made interfaces
I take care of the frontend end to end: understanding the need, integrating the design, building components and optimizing performance. The goal is always the same: a fast, accessible and pleasant interface, on mobile as well as on desktop.
02. From web to mobile
I work on both web and mobile applications. I build new features, fix friction points and make sure the experience stays consistent from one screen to the next.
03. Technical guidance
Beyond code, I help teams make the right choices: project structure, component organization, best practices. The idea is to lay solid foundations rather than pile up technical debt.
04. Open source
I contribute to public projects: bug fixes, new features, documentation improvements and code reviews. I also share my own components and tools so that other developers can use and improve them.
Everyday tools
- React and Next.js for web applications
- Vue.js and Svelte when the project calls for it
- TypeScript for reliable, maintainable code
- Sass for clean, organized styles
